ONGC has been hit recently with dark news, after a reported 60 workers were killed when a barge sank off the coast of Mumbai, when cyclone Tauktae passed through the city. It is unclear who will be held responsible for the tragedy. Although warnings were issued about the cyclone, the 700 workers on the barge were not recalled and it ultimately sank.
