India’s Oil & Natural Gas Company (ONGC), which has a 10% stake in ADNOC’s Lower Zakum offshore field, was asked to list its overseas arm, Videsh, in which the goverment holds a 67% stake, but in January 2019 said it would reconsider the listing. It has interests in six projects among a handful of Arab countries.
