Bahrain’s oil and gas sector is changing, and it appears ready for a boom in activity. In May, it reached the close of its multi-billion dollar modernisation programme, which is expected to boost its refining capacity to 380,000bpd. The company also shuffled its board, with a new chairman and board apppointed in July.
