Proserv has been actively shifting its business focus, selling its field technology services business unit to Acteon in July 2019 and its drilling services business to C-Automation earlier in the year, among other recent deals to sell off businesses outside of its core competencies. The company plans to focus exclusively on its core offering, putting its controls technology front and centre.
