CNPC is one of the largest foreign investors in Abu Dhabi’s energy industry. It won a $1.6bn contract for the world’s largest continuous 3D onshore and offshore seismic survey from ADNOC, & a subsidiary won a contract to expand production capacity at Bab field. CNPC also has a 10% interest in two ADNOC offshore concessions.
