Magseis has, together with its partner BGP, been awarded Saudi Aramco’s S78 project for large-scale ocean bottom seismic acquisition in the Red Sea.
The project has an expected duration of nine months to one year, and is expected to commence in July 2016.
The survey features complicated surface and geological conditions with a combination of deep and shallow marine work.
M/V Artemis Athene, Magseis’ OBS vessel, will be used for the survey.
