Shell has awarded Worley an enterprise framework agreement (EFA) to support Shell’s projects worldwide.
Worley announced in a statement that the EFA will be effective for three years, with options for two additional one-year extensions.
The agreement encompasses a wide range of services, including engineering, procurement, and integrated project management, for all of Shell’s businesses.
Worley’s project execution teams will prioritise digitalisation and replication as they deliver their services, said the statement.
The new EFA builds upon a previous five-year framework agreement that was announced on May 22, 2017.
Worley, a global provider of engineering and project management services, will leverage its global presence, with locations in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia, to provide these services.
In the Middle East, Shell is active in countries such as Iraq, Oman, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
The contract also includes incentive mechanisms designed to reward excellence in project execution.
