Jassim Al Awadi, the acting Chief ICT Officer for du, discussed the collaboration between du and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai during his speech at the UAE Digital Twins Conference 2023. He noted how the partnership aims to improve the fixed and mobile services of the RTA, as well as to implement digital twins technology in the Dubai Metro and other mixed reality solutions.

The telecom service provider will also implement digital twin technology in RTA warehouses and trains as well as offer data centre and cloud services, which will allow RTA to deliver a first-class, hassle-free experience.
