Global offshore accommodation specialist HB Rentals is celebrating its launch in the Middle East with the award of two multi-million dollar contracts.
The US based company has opened its new facility in Dubai and has shipped more than US$2 million of equipment to the UAE to meet the demands of the country and the region.
HB Rentals’ first contract in the Middle East has seen the company supply 13 offshore accommodation units to Jan De Nul in Saudi Arabia. The 32ft x 11ft A60 Safe Area Modules comprise of 68 beds, a galley, mess room and server as well as recreational facilities.
HB Rentals’ second win in the region is with Global Processing Systems (GPS) for the provision of eight 8-man A60 accommodation units and two A60 office modules for one of the company’s Lift Boats, located offshore Abu Dhabi.
