The oil and gas contractor Foster Wheeler has announced that it has been awarded two separate steam generator contracts by Tecnicas Reunidas Power for the Manifa Cogeneration and Main Substations Project in Saudi Arabia.
In a statement the company said that one contract award is for the design and supply of two heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), while the other is for the design and supply of two package-type steam generators.
“This is truly an exciting design and supply opportunity for Foster Wheeler and we are pleased to jointly work with Tecnicas Reunidas for this Saudi Aramco Project,” Eric Svendsen, CEO of Foster Wheeler Energia in Madrid said.
Tecnicas Reunidas will install the generators at the Manifa project as part of the contract the Spanish contractor was awarded by Saudi Aramco.
