Italian oil and gas contractor Bonatti has been awarded a US$150 million contract to build three new facilities by a joint venture that includes Algerian state-owned energy company Sonatrach
Sonatrach and it’s partner Anadarko said that Bonatti will build transport lines at the El-Merk oilfield in Algeria for oil, gas and condensates.
Earlier this year the UK contractor Petrofac was awarded the $2.2 billion engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the El Merk central processing facility (CPF) at El Merk.
