In a statement the Dubai-based company said that it will be the first time that the ship repair, conversion and new building company will be exhibiting at the conference.
“The Middle East is a significant market for all our yards and MEWB offers a great opportunity to showcase our capabilities,” Geoff Taylor, executive chairman, Drydocks World said.
“In particular, our flagship Middle Eastern facility, Drydocks World – Dubai has set new industry benchmarks in safety and quality standards, and we hope to generate more interest in these fields in this region.”
“We look forward to forging stronger relations with our customers and other stakeholders at MEWB 09,” he added.
