CGCC wins $51.59m pipeline contract from KOC

Kuwaiti firm wins EPC contract for project in west of Gulf state

The Combined Group Contracting Company (CGCC) has been awarded a US$51.59 million engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to build a crude oil export pipeline in Kuwait.

Business intelligence specialist MEED reported that the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) awarded CGCC the contract earlier this month.

CGCC’s responsibilities include building pipelines to an oil and gas gathering centre from KOC’s export facilities as well as effluent water pipelines for an injection system. All the work is to be carried out in west Kuwait.
