The Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO), a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), has held its 4th Future Leaders Conference in Abu Dhabi.
The conference ran between May 27th -28th 2009, at the Le Royal Meridian Hotel and is designed to help the development of young UAE nationals in the company and prepare young professionals to hold senior positions in the oil and gas industry.
In his opening address, ADMA-OPCO general manager Ali Rashid Al-Jarwan told the conference of the company’s commitment to support young UAE nationals.
The two-day conference discussed national employee development plans, leadership skills and lessons learned.
The conference also involved the participants in syndicate sessions which discussed training, development and challenges facing young professionals.
