Calder, the UK-based supplier of high pressure pumps, has exclusively announced the signing of an agency agreement with the UAE’s Nama – a local agent and business partner for those in the oil and gas, power and industrial sectors.
Under the terms of the agreement, Calder will supply a wide range of high pressure pump products with pressures ranging from 70psi to 70,000psi, including their range of German manufactured Hammelmann pumps.
“Calder made the commitment in the second half of 2008 to bring our products into the Middle Eastern market, and Nama are the leading agency in the UAE, so the significance of this deal is great,’ said Ian Calder-Potts, chairman of Calder Pressure Systems.
