Aker Solutions has signed a partnership agreement with the Arabian Consulting Engineering Centre (ACEC) to support its plans to grow in the engineering services market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Aker Solutions will provide the managerial and technical support to expand ACEC’s engineering services business. ACEC is a general engineering services contractor approved and licensed by Saudi Aramco. It currently employs 160 staff.

Aker Solutions said the deal would enable it to further expand its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business by working with Sheikh Bugshan the owner of ACEC to form a separate joint venture for the execution of In-Kingdom EPC projects.
The signing ceremony took place in the ACEC offices in Al-Khobar city.
