BJ Pipeline and Process Services (BJ PPS) announced that it has completed a pipeline pre-commissioning operation for Subtec Middle East, a subsidiary of Global Industries, at the Atlantis development in the UAE.
The Atlantis development comprises a wellhead platform that feeds a standalone pipeline extending 75 km to the shore. Natural gas produced from this development will provide energy in to the UAE.
“We are very pleased that the pre-commissioning operation for Subtec on the Atlantis Project was carried out safely and efficiently,” said Lindsay Link, general manager of BJ Process and Pipeline Services. “The entire operation was completed in just 26 days,” he added.
