ADNOC Distribution unveils mobile app with enhanced customer focus

Comprehensive and friendly to use, the free mobile app enables customers to engage, interact, explore and stay up-to-date with ADNOC Distribution's latest facilities and information.

ADNOC Distribution has announced that an updated version of its free-to-download mobile app is now available for customers, suppliers and the public.

The upgraded app serves as a one-stop-shop for all ADNOC Distribution’s consumer-focused services. Comprehensive and friendly to use, the free mobile app enables customers to engage, interact, explore and stay up-to-date with ADNOC Distribution’s latest facilities and information.

Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, acting CEO, ADNOC Distribution, said: “We are delighted to offer an improved, user-friendly design and an expanded range of useful functionalities through our upgraded app.”

“We have focused on ease of use for our customers and have introduced an online account management facility for ADNOC Smart and Rahal customers. This enhanced app shows ADNOC Distribution’s commitment to using the latest technology to provide our customers with the highest quality service experience,” added Al Rashdi.

As part of the new release, the app offers online account management for ADNOC Smart and Rahal customers, including biometric profile, top-up facilities and dashboard information. Rahal and ADNOC Wallet individual users will find a new home page introduction, online user account management features, and password reset and biometric profile options.

Rahal management features include Rahal account association with the user’s profile, and Rahal Card management and top-up options. Users can also take advantage of online payment and amount loading options for Rahal Cards and view Rahal dashboard reports, payment history and other account management features.

Customers can also manage their ADNOC Wallet with profile views, updates and IVR PIN reset options and access an overview of their ADNOC Wallet account details. Account holder, beneficiary and token details are also provided along with SMART Customer account recharge options, including top-ups, token activations and suspension.

A personalised account dashboard also permits customers to keep track of fuel and non-Fuel consumption with token management options. A SMART customer account reporting feature is also included.

The app also offers ADNOC Distribution customers up-to-date information and listings on the nearest ADNOC service stations, Vehicle Inspection Centres, Autoserv, Oasis or Rahal card centres – all available in Arabic and English.

The app also features latest news and notifications, an easy-to-navigate map and smart search filters for all company services, including its lube change locations, car wash facilities and fast food outlets.

Users are also able to share their experience and seek information by contacting ADNOC Distribution’s friendly customer service through links provided within the app.
