Dutch oilfield services company Frames Group has decided to showcase its full range of products and services at ADIPEC 2015.
The company’s portfolio includes products for oil and water separation, oil and gas processing, heat transfer, flow control and safeguarding.
Fawaz Ahmed, Manager Sales Middle East, told ArabianOilandGas.com that Frames will also showcase a 3D model of its produced water treatment module for the Bumi Armada Kraken FPSO.
“ADIPEC provides a great platform for us to discuss the market developments and show our solutions (to customers) for efficient design and production to reduce costs,” he says.
Ahmed claims that the current low oil prices has not deterred Frames, but has only ‘challenged us to become better at our job’.
Frames has recently completed the fabrication of two enormous Electrostatic Coalescers for the Shaybah Oil Field GOSP 4 CPF Expansion. Frames was awarded the design and supply of the vessels by Samsung Engineering.
“The delivery of the Electrostatic Coalescers is a new milestone in Frames’ relationship with Saudi Aramco”, Ahmed commented.
Frames set up base in the GCC by opening an office in Abu Dhabi in 2006, with the objective of ‘being closer to clients and get more knowledge of local market and supply chain’.
The company has supplied instrumentation and oil and gas treatment systems to major UAE players such as ADMA-OPCO, ADCO, ZADCO, GASCO, and is actively pursuing commercial interests in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman.
“For the near future cost efficiency will remain an important focus. To grow in this scenario (of low oil prices), we will focus more on project management, which is crucial for on time delivery. We will also focus even more on our know-how and broad portfolio to optimise our solutions,” Ahmed said.
