Epicor Software Corporation, a business software developer for manufacturing, distribution and retail organisations, announced that its enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform will be adopted by United Piping Solutions (UPS).
The industrial piping materials company will implement the latest Epicor ERP 10 to manage and automate back-office operations across the GCC, China and South Korea.
Anish Kanaran, channel director for Epicor in the Middle East, India and Africa explains, “UPS already has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality bulk piping materials and valves for complex energy projects. By working with Epicor, the company will benefit from flexible, fast and scalable software.”
The Dubai-based piping firm opted to use Epicor ERP based on its ability to support process control and integrate fully with existing back-office operations. The platform will assist UPS oversee administrative activities and operational tasks associated with complex project supply management.
“Through automating back-office operations, Epicor will liberate the UPS team to think about its business from an innovative and fresh perspective. We expect to see UPS concentrating on strategic growth, ultimately gaining advantage in the complex GCC, European and Asian markets,” concluded Kanaran.
