Oman Oil Company announced on Monday major changes to its board of directors chaired by HE Dr Mohammed bin Hamad Al Rumhy, Minister of Oil and Gas.
HE Al Rumhy will be joined by HE Dr Darwish bin Saif Al Muharbi, Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Health, as Vice Chairman, Khalil Abdullah Al Khonji, Dr Abdullah Mohammed Al Lamki, Salaam Said Al Shaksy, and Sayyida Rawan Ahmed Al Said, as members.
The new appointments include four representatives of the private sector with substantial investment, economic and financial experience, the company said in a statement on its website.
It added that the new board is committed to driving further success for the company and continued support of the Sultanate`s efforts to diversify the national economy as well as fostering and building human capital.
