Orange Business Services has opened a new office in Dammam, its third in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The new office is close to the Jubail Industrial City and Dahran City, which are at the crossroads of the country’s petrochemicals industry.
The company said its location will support the company’s growing base of oil and gas, and other downstream industrial customers in the country’s Eastern Province.
Philippe Koebel, Senior VP Emerging Markets and Indirect commented: “Saudi Arabia is central to our strategy for the Middle East and is a major driver of the regional economy; we see unique opportunities to support the digital transformation of the country’s industrial base.
Orange already operates from offices in Riyadh and Jeddah, and the new resident operations team in Dammam comprises sales, pre-sales and customer service management specialists.
Orange Business Services already works in the Oil and Gas sector with major petro-chemicals companies in Saudi Arabia, delivering global managed video & data networks and smart city consulting services.
Extended connectivity services feature satellite coverage and the installation of subsea fibre optic cables connecting remote offshore platforms.
