AlMansoori’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of its staff has once again been recognised as the company was announced the winner of the Daman Award for Corporate Health and Wellness (Organisation).
AlMansoori Specialized Engineering said in a statement that its”management is fully committed to staff welfare and demonstrates this by developing a HSEQ Integrated Management System which outlines the company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy, ensuring that staff are deploying effectively at all functions and levels”.
AlMansoori was commended by judges for its use of innovative initiatives designed to target the ongoing challenges of educating a multicultural workforce, naming them as “pioneers of health in the UAE”.
The company has a Health Monitoring Management system which offers training and medical advice across a range of health related topics while offering regular external medical examinations and by a dedicated in-house physician.
