The fourth International Digital Oilfield Conference (IDOC 2014) begins in Abu Dhabi today.
The event will bring together international and national oil companies, as well as services and technology companies from the industry.
Organisers of the event said the format will be a series of presentations, allied with a number of panel sessions and break-out sessions will be held to discuss the importance of digital oil fields.
Case histories will also be debated and discussed, with a focus on the benefits of the use of digital oilfields.
Oil & Gas Middle East is the Official Publication of the IDOC 2014 Conference, which runs for three days until September 16th.
