Singapore-based Charisma Energy Services has secured a seven-year contract to provide five offshore support vessels.
The vessels will be used to support the marine and oil and gas activities of a Middle Eastern national oil company in the Arabian Sea in a deal worth $72mn.
The project will be funded through internal resources as well as bank borrowings and is expected to start this month.
In a press statement, the company said the project is expected to have a positive impact on the group’s earnings per share.
