Serco has signed a contract for the provision of facilities management consultancy services and FM operational oversight for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (ADNOC) new corporate headquarters building on the Corniche in Abu Dhabi.
The scope of the contract comprises managing the relocation of ADNOC from current to new facilities, as well as the execution of a managed solution for FM at the new facility which encompasses 162,400m² of Grade A commercial office space, 65,340m² of an underground car park as well as a district cooling plant.
