Oil & Gas engineering services firm Wood Group has announced a board reshuffle, which includes the retirement of veteran Sir Ian Wood, who served as Chairman for 30 years.
With Wood retiring, Allister Langlands, CEO since 2007, will take over as chairman of the brownfield specialists.
Production services chief Bob Keiller steps up as CEO, having previously headed up subsidiary PSN before its sale to Wood Group last April.
Before that, Keiller led Halliburton’s Production Services division until its divestment from KBR.
The changes take effect from 1 November.
Robin Watson, the current UK head of Wood Group PSN, will take Keiller’s role in heading the PSN division and join the board in January along with GTS division chief Mark Dobler.
