Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has awarded a subcontract to Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company (HEISCO) for the manufacturing and dyeing of gas pipelines. The contract is worth $3.57 million, Zawya reported.
The project will be implemented over eight months, and according to a bourse statement is part of a wider pipeline construction project to transport gas from north Kuwait to Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery.
