Forbes Middle East released yesterday its list of The Middle East’s Most Influential Women 2018, recognizing 100 of the region’s top female public sector professionals. Of those 100 are three oil & gas professionals.
Nabilah Al-Tunisi, chief engineer at Saudi Aramco, ranked at 17 on the list. She has 36 years of experience at Saudi Aramco in a variety of roles. In her current position, she ensures that Aramco’s engineering activities are safe, state-of-the-art and economically viable. She also gives guidance on different projects, operationsa nd strategic planning related to engineering.
Haifa Al Khaifi, the CFO of Petroleum Development Oman, ranked at 22 on the list. She has been with the company for the past 11 years, starting as the finance manager for its enhanced oil recovery projects.Â
Ghada Y. Al-Amer, who is the vice president of finance and administration at Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC), was ranked at 49.
