Saudi Aramco and the Future Work Business Services Company have announced the launch of the Human Resources Platform on Demand called Madd in a bid to enable independent workers and trained professionals to access job opportunities with large companies and entities. The platform aims to contribute to building a sustainable economic system by linking Saudi talent with the right opportunities.
Madd is a result of a collaborative effort between Future Work Business Services Company and Saudi Aramco to enhance freelancers’ access to flexible work opportunities within enterprises through the creation of a tool that facilitates match-making, contracting and collaboration between all parties
The platform will enable freelancers, and professionals to connect with local companies. It also provides several contractual solutions for companies aimed at reducing the efforts and procedures necessary for contracting. The platform will facilitate access to local expertise in precise specialized fields in line with the needs of the labor market.
Jamil Al-Baqawi, SVP of National Development at Saudi Aramco, said that through the MADD digital platform, the company aims to connect self-employed workers and those with modern work patterns with job opportunities available locally, which facilitates them to achieve stable income and sustainable job opportunities.
The Taleed program was launched in October 2022 and includes several initiatives aimed at qualifying Saudi competencies to meet the needs of the labor market, create new business opportunities for small and medium enterprises, provide support for existing small and medium enterprises, and strengthen the business system.
