This program forms the crux of L&T Saudi’s long term vision to attract top local talent for its manpower requirements. This program also ties in with the In-Kingdom Total Value Add Program
(IKTVA), an initiative by Saudi Aramco to support increased levels of domestic value creation and create quality jobs for Saudis.
“The Saudi GET Program of L&T Saudi Arabia is a part of our broader
workforce commitment to hire locally,” said T. Madhava Das, whole-time director and
senior EVP of Utilities, L&T, in a statement recently.
“Saudi Arabia has abundant talent resources who have the commitment, zeal, and innovative spirit to help LTSA serve the needs of our clients,” he added.
