Oman Oil Company (OOC) has partnered with Schleupen AG to provide comprehensive risk management services to its member companies.
OOC, the sultanate’s energy investment arm will take advantage of the unique capabilities of the systems developed by Schleupen AG to optimise risk management activities ranging from identification through evaluation to business risks reporting.
The deal was signed by deputy CEO of OOC, Mulham al Jarf, and Heinz Heineke, shareholder of the Supervisory Board of Schluepen AG.
“The deployment of this advanced platform will strengthen the performance of our risk management function leading to enhanced levels of operational efficiency. It will minimise human error ensuring information accuracy and timely monitoring,” said Mohammed al Hinai, head of risk management at OOC.
So far, Schleupen AG has installed the new systems at 18 of OOC group companies. The company is a European IT services leader in the risk management sector.
