Engineering, management and development consultancy Mott MacDonald has acquired multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy Procyon Oil & Gas.
Procyon serves a broad range of clients in the upstream oil and gas industry for both offshore and onshore locations. It offers specialised process and facilities services across all phases of upstream design, engineering, construction and operation. The company has 45 staff based in Guildford, UK, and experience of working in many countries with current key areas of focus being the UK/Ireland and West Africa.
The company has a diverse project portfolio covering all project work phases including M&A support, due diligence / independent design reviews, conceptual screening / design, debottlenecking analysis, facilities definition, FEED, detailed design, PMT, project management, cost and schedule estimation, procurement, construction management and operations support. Their work is broadly split 50/50 between offshore and onshore development projects.
