We are already on day 3 of the global energy event. At ADIPEC, the world’s energy ecosystem has come together to explore market trends, source solutions and conduct business across the industry’s full value chain.
Alongside the exhibition, ADIPEC 2022 is also hosting numerous strategic panel discussions, conferences, forums, and technical talks.
Here we have curated a list of conference programmes handling energy transition. Have a look:
Downstream Technical Conference: Exploring the latest hydrogen capabilities supporting the energy transition
Hydrogen technologies for a net-zero future
Time: 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM
Where: Capital Suite 20
Discussion at the #ADIPEC2022 Leadership Roundtable on the clean hydrogen opportunity focused on enabling a global hydrogen market by building the supply chain and decreasing associated costs.
Participants agreed that governments and the industry must unite to better plan the infrastructure for ramping up production.
Decarbonisation Conference: Carbon capture, utilisation and storage as a catalyst for net-zero: a global perspective
The Decarbonisation Conference, taking place in the Decarbonisation Theatre, is a new and engaging programme gathering global experts to share their insights into the most innovative strategies and technologies, centred on four pivotal themes for the industry: Methane, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS), and New Energies.
CCUS has proven to be a reliable and effective component in the decarbonisation toolkit. From a global perspective, CCUS projects are shaped by a variety of funding and development models, resulting in mixed outcomes across regions. This raises the question of whether the industry can and should work together to level the playing field as well as next steps required to maintain progress.
Time: 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Where: ADIPEC hall
Strategic Conference: Accelerating progress in carbon capture, utilisation and storage: scaling up the opportunity
Understand the role of CCUS technologies as a major contributor to energy transition strategies, how recent investments are driving technology advancements, the infrastructure needed for successful deployment and how governments and the energy industry can partner to accelerate its success.
Time: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Where: ICC Hall
Hydrogen Strategic Panel: Scaling up projects – A roadmap to securing sufficient supply and demand
Hear key industry players showcase advancement potential for hydrogen projects worldwide.
Time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Where: Conference Hall B
