ADNOC is looking for partnerships with US companies on UAE unconventional oil resources, group CEO Dr. Sultan Al Jaber said at the Atlantic Council Global Energy Forum 2021.
“There are great opportunities for collaboration across the energy sector and I’m sure across a variety of many other sectors,” Jaber said. He continued to add that he could deepen the “energy cooperation around unconventional oil and gas, which we are currently progressing and discovering here in Abu Dhabi.”
“It’s very, very promising and will provide a very special, unique opportunity for American companies to explore such partnership opportunities with us,” Jaber continued.
Jaber has been vocal about ADNOC Group’s new approach to partnerships, bringing more international companies into the UAE to participate in concessions and other deals.
