Aramco Overseas Company Azerbaijan, Saudi Aramco’s subsidiary, has announced its liquidation.
The Aramco Overseas Company Azerbaijan established in 2018 with a registered capital of $12,000, operated in the field of oil and gas production, refining, and related services. The Saudi Aramco subsidiary has been liquidated without indicating the cause of closure.
According to the tax service, the creditors can appeal to Izmir str.8, Yasamal district, Baku (Hyatt Tower) within 2 months.
