Specialist Services, a UAE based global provider of packaging solutions for people and equipment in the Oil & Gas and Utility industries has annouinced the acquisition of Labtech Services based in Aberdeen in the United Kingdom, and O.I.L. Engineering Middle East based in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
Formally part of the Global Energy Group, (GEG), Labtech specialises in the design, engineering and manufacture of offshore fire and blast protected modular enclosures and skid mounted process equipment packages for a wide range of applications, including accommodation, drilling control, electrical switch-room and VSD modules. O.I.L., with quay side facilities in Abu Dhabi, provide pipe work, pressure vessel and steel structure fabrication engineering and manufacturing facilities and services.
