The Saudi-based APIC LLC has announced a joint venture with the Dutch company Tebodin B.V. to provide engineering, consultancy and project and construction management services in the oil, gas and chemical industries in the KSA.
APIC LLC is a newly-formed affiliate company of the Jeddah-based ZMS Group while the Hague-based Tebodin B.V. is an independent, multi-disciplined consultancy and engineering firm.
The new joint venture will focus on providing engineering, consultancy and project & construction management services for the local market in Saudi Arabia.
