Exhibition space at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) 2010 has sold out completely, approximately eight months prior to the event.

This year the event has 17% more space on offer to companies and as a result the number of exhibitors has grown to over 1600, making it the largest show to date.

“We have seen a significant increase in the interest shown from new companies in exhibiting at this year’s ADIPEC, over and above the already confirmed existing client base, reinforcing that it has become a must-attend event for the global industry,” Hifazat Ahmad, event director of ADIPEC 2010, said.

“ADIPEC is now the second largest event for the oil and gas industry in the world, the largest outside of America, and the Middle East continues to strengthen its position as the business hub for emerging economies,” he added.

ADIPEC 2010 has now opened a waiting list for applications, while a number of sponsorship opportunities are also available. Exhibitors from 59 countries will be attending the show.
