Topaz Marine ME has been awarded the ‘Safety at Sea’ award at a Lloyd’s List ceremony in Dubai.
The company won the award for maintaining the highest standards in safety in its daily operations and making concerted efforts in training and investment in high-tech safety solutions.
“This honour belongs to our entire staff and especially our HSE team for the great work they do in pushing the envelope on safety. The safety culture permeates Topaz’s whole organisation and to be recognised for that is truly encouraging and inspires further progress in this pivotal area,” said the GM of Topaz Marine MENA, Ron Clark.
The firm was also represented as a finalist in the Shipbuilding/Ship Repair category through Topaz Marine Repair.
Topaz is a wholly owned subsidiary of Renaissance Services SAOG, a publicly traded company on the Muscat Securities Market.
