The Kuwaiti oil minister has said that he believes the consensus between the 12 member of the oil cartel OPEC is to maintain the current output levels when they meet later this month.
Reuters reported that Sheikh Ahmad al-Abdullah al-Sabah is concerned about the current inventory levels and told reporters that there will be no change when questioned on the subject.
Oil is currently trading at over US$75 a barrel, the target that was set by OPEC member states as an acceptable price for crude.Â
