Al Siraj Holdings and growing Indian EPC firm Tata Projects will form a joint venture to offer inspection services to oil and gas companies in Oman.
The JV will also provide expediting services for the oil and gas, power and infrastructure sectors.
“With presence in UAE, Germany, China, Korea, South Africa and Mauritius, the company is well positioned to service global customers for second and third-party Inspection, expediting and field quality services,” Tata said in a satatement.
Al Siraj Holdings is one of the most reputed enterprises in Oman. It has interests in building management systems, information technology services, construction & related services, energy, education, travel and tourism, real estate & logistics and manufacturing.
Speaking on the occasion, Budoor Mohamed Rashid Al Araimi, chairperson of Al Siraj Holdings, said: “As a technology savvy and entrepreneurial corporate house we have been at the forefront of introducing new methods and world-class practices to Oman.
