UAE has officially announced the Eid 2023 holiday for the government sector. Public sector employees will get a four-day weekend, from Thursday, April 20 till Sunday, April 23. Employees will resume work on Monday, April 24.
Earlier this week, UAE announced early salaries for employees ahead of Eid Al Fitr 2023. The directive comes from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The exact starting date of Eid will be decided by the UAE’s moon sighting committee.
