Saudi Arabia has announced a temporary work visa service, which enables enterprises to issue a temporary work visa for 3 months from entry date and can be extended for a similar period.
Eligibility to apply for temporary work visa
• The enterprise must be active
• A valid commercial registration except for the activities that do not require commercial registration.
• The enterprise Nitaqat must be at least in a medium green level
• Enterprises under the same unified number must not have any expired work permit
• Having sufficient credit in the national unified number of the enterprise on Absher
Once the request has been submitted, the online work visa will be issued immediately through the Qiwa platform and does not require any documents.
The website also added that the enterprise must be active and hold a valid commercial registration (except for activities that do not require commercial registration).
In addition, the enterprise Nitaqat must be on a medium green level. Enterprises under the same unified number must not have any expired work permit and must have sufficient credit in the national unified number of the enterprise on Absher.
