 Oman’s utilities chief has said that the Gulf state is planning to spend about US$7.8 billion between now and 2015 on a number of water and power projects.
Mohammed bin Abdullah al-Mahrouqi, who is in charge of Oman’s water and power authority also said that the tender process for the Marbat power and desalination plant in the country was almost complete.
