Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia, a subsidiary of Indian EPC giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T), inducted 17 fresh Saudi engineering graduates as a part of its Graduate Engineer Training (GET) programme.

The Saudi GET program is in its 5th year is inspired by the Saudi Vision 2030 that seeks to drive Saudisation by providing more employment opportunities to Saudis. This program forms the crux of L&T Saudi’s long term vision to attract top local talent for its manpower requirements. This program also ties in with the In-Kingdom Total Value Add Program
(IKTVA), an initiative by Saudi Aramco to support increased levels of domestic value creation and create quality jobs for Saudis.

“The Saudi GET Program of L&T Saudi Arabia is a part of our broader
workforce commitment to hire locally,” said T. Madhava Das, whole-time director and
senior EVP of Utilities, L&T, in a statement recently.

“Saudi Arabia has abundant talent resources who have the commitment, zeal, and innovative spirit to help LTSA serve the needs of our clients,” he added.
