Arabtec wins $283mn contract from Saudi Aramco

Dubai- based engineering and construction company Arabtec said today it has been awarded a $283.16mn contract from Saudi Aramco.

Under the contract the company will build 380 villas in Saudi Aramco’s residential camp in Al Dhahran located in the Kingdom’s oil rich Eastern Province. 

Arabtec said it expects to complete the project within 28 months.

 

In February, Arabtec was awarded a whopping $253mn worth of contracts in Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas industry through its wholly owned subsidiary Target Engeneering.

 

Some of the projects include the upgrading of liquefied gas and refinery facilities for Saudi Aramco. 

In January this year, Target won two contracts worth $152mn by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc).
