Lukoil has jumped quite high in its ranking because of its October 2019 agreement to acquire a 5% stake in ADNOC’s ultra-sour Ghasha concession, joining fellow list members ENI, OMV, and Wintershall in the venture. The company’s subsidiary Lukoil Marine Lubricants also renewed a deal to supply KOTC’s tanker vessels.
