Gazprom Neft Middle East celebrated its millionth ton of oil at the Garmian field in Kurdistan. It is establishing a joint venture in Western Siberia with Mubadala and the Russian Direct Investment Fund, which it says is part of a larger plan to make more deals, and expand its presence, in the Middle East.
