Under Ali Vezvaei’s leadership, Siemens has continued to make inroads throughout the oil and gas industry. The company recently signed a contract to service the Habshan-Fujairah pipeline’s automation, control and telecom systems that have been installed and commissioned by the operator, ADCO.
Earlier this year, the company also bought Expro’s Connectors and Measurements arm, including the Tronic and Matre brands.
Vezvaei joined Siemens Energy in 2005 as a Country Division Manager before advancing to become a regional sales manager in 2008. He rose to his current rank in 2011 after working as VP Strategy, M&A from 2009 to 2011.
